Here, I tried to cover some points, it is very tiny but really helpful implementation of these things not very big deal but it matters
Just motivate your old satisfied customer for upgradation. For example if the customer had analogue CCTV system then you can motivate him to upgrade in HD or IP setup and buy his old analogue system at minimal value and then resale it to someone else. in this way you can get the profit from both end. one from new customer for old setup second one from old customer can you set up. this technique is amazing and always work.
2. From Accessories .
In today’s scenario you can’t sale CCTV at very high margin so do not quote to customer at very high margin. put very reasonable rate to the customers. Then question is that how can we get more profit. so decrease your profit from those product which is easily available like camera and DVR and try to increase margin for accessories. Try to install more accessories like network rack for DVR, video balun, camera cabinet electricity material etc.By this way you can compete with your rivals and also get more profit.
3.Customer is always right
If you want to get regular sale then the first basic is, try to satisfy your customer. There is only way to satisfied your customer is, ‘quality of your service’. so try to improve your service. Respond all queries of the customer and try to resolve. when your customer is fully satisfied then ask for a new lead to him and he will definitely some leads.
4. Do not let customer go
If you are a wholesaler and sale CCTV camera DVR. so try to sale other accessories to your customer like hard disk power supply ,bnc dc even electricity tape at very low price.Do not let your customer at other place or shop . so your customer find each and every thing under one roof and it is very convenient for your customer and they always buy the product from your shop.
5. Always give freebies
people like freebies. if you go to buy one jeans and shirt and shopkeeper give you a free belt at that moment you fell awesome. In the similar way just trying to provide some freebies to your customer and they never forget you.
