Recently something went wrong after i updated the software off site.
I removed the camera from the Android app and can now not add the camera again.
No connection to the cloud can be established.
The camera can be linked to the phone as well as the wifi but setup is not completed as it can not be linked to the cloud.

You can do one thing that please uninstall the software then again install. One thing you should remember that after uninstallation remove folder carecam from drive and then install.
Hi i have my carepro camera , was installed outside , worked VERY WELL and all of a sudden does not respond.
