Configuration of IP Pro CMS (Windows and MAC)

Before taking any steps, first download the setup file of IP Pro for Windows from the given link above. The downloaded file of the IP Pro App on a Windows PC will be in compressed format.

Before using this file, you need to extract the setup file. You may use WinRAR software for doing this. After extraction, save the IP Pro CMS to your computer and follow the steps given below.

1. Step – Installation of IP Pro Software

Now go to the saved file on your laptop or computer, right-click on that file, and choose “Run as administrator“. After doing this, you may see that the permission window pops up asking for permission for the installation of the IP Pro Application. Just click on the “Yes” button, and the installation process will begin.

From here, select your preferred language and click ‘OK’.

Next, you’ll see the software’s license agreement—just hit ‘Agree’ to proceed. I do recommend giving it a quick read first, though.

In this window, you need to choose the installation directory for the installation of IP Pro. Click on the “Browse” button and select the directory where you want to install the software. You may also leave it by default and then click on the “Install” button.

Wait for some time until the next screen comes. This window may take some time, so please be patient.

Now the final window comes to you. Click on “Launch CMS” and then click on the “Finish” button.

2. Step – Adding the device into IP Pro

After finishing the installation of the software, you may see an icon on your desktop named “EseeCloud.” To find that icon, double-click on it. Now IP Pro is running on your computer. The next thing we have to do is add the device to the software. To do this, follow the steps.

As soon as you open the software, you’ll see a login screen. Just enter admin as the username and leave the password field completely blank. Then, go ahead and log in.

Once you log in, your screen will look something like this. Look over at the top-right corner of the screen and click the ‘Add’ button.

A screen like this will pop up next. Here, you’ll need to enter your device details: start by inserting your Cloud ID, then give your device a name. After that, enter your device’s username and password, and click ‘Finish’. Your CCTV device is now added!

3. Step – Watch your CCTV cameras on your Windows PC

Your device is now connected! If you look over at the right side of the screen, you’ll see your device listed there. Just double-click on it, and your cameras’ live view will instantly appear.
