Use 7 Zip, it works fine with 7-Zip.
it is showing failed to add your device
If gCMOB for PC is showing “Failed to add your device,” start by checking your internet connection to ensure both your PC and the device are online. Verify that you have entered the correct IP address, port, username, and password. If you’re using P2P, make sure it’s enabled on your DVR/NVR, and if using DDNS, confirm the settings are correctly configured. Additionally, allow gCMOB through Windows Defender Firewall to prevent connectivity issues. Updating both gCMOB and your DVR/NVR firmware can also resolve compatibility issues. If the problem persists, try switching connection modes, such as using IP/Domain instead of P2P, and restart your PC, router, and DVR/NVR.
I INSTALL THE SOFTWARE BUT TO UNINSTALL IF REQUIRE PASSWORD ,BUT I DID NOT SET NAY PASSWORD PLZ RESOLVE IT
To uninstall gCMOB for PC without a password, first try default passwords like admin, 1234, or 0000. If that doesn’t work, go to Control Panel → Programs and Features, find gCMOB, and try uninstalling it. If it still asks for a password, use a third-party uninstaller like Revo Uninstaller or IObit Uninstaller to force remove it. As a last resort, open Registry Editor (regedit), navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\, find and delete the gCMOB entry, then restart your PC and try uninstalling again. Let me know if you need more help!
